These terms cover the Throwracle web app at
throwracle.vvkh.dev and the Throwracle
Discord bot (/throwracle). By using either, you agree to these terms.
The service
Throwracle is a free, single-player daily puzzle: one rock-paper-scissors duel against a deterministic pattern, shared by everyone on the same calendar day. There are no accounts, no payments, and no in-app purchases.
Acceptable use
Play fair. Don't try to automate, script, or abuse the bot's commands or the web app to disrupt the service for others, and don't use either to harass other users (for example, via the "Share to channel" message). We may block or rate-limit access that abuses the service.
No warranty
Throwracle is provided "as is," a hobby project maintained on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. The daily puzzle, scoring, and streak logic may change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Throwracle — including loss of streaks, stats, or locally stored data.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the web app or the bot (in whole or for a specific server) at any time, including removing the bot from a Discord server at our discretion.
Discord
Use of the Discord bot is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Throwracle is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Discord Inc.

Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
